Ray and Ron were great! Drove from Modesto for this one specific car and they made it happen. Small shop but that was part of the charm, no pressure. Highly recommend!

Wow, what can I say? The folks at Vale are awesome! Extremely professional, personable, and sincere. It's not your usual used car dealership experience. Ray responded to my online inquiry with a clear explanation of his availability and indication of the best time to visit him. When I had to change our appointment because my dog was ill, he expressed true concern for my dog's health. Upon meeting Ray, I received a warm greeting. He offered to answer any questions I had, but he gave me as much time as I needed to pour over the car once I told him I wanted to take a good look first. After I saw what I needed to, we went for a test drive. No pressure to take the "standard route" of four right turns (you know what I'm talking about). I was able to drive wherever I wanted for as longed as I needed to feel satisfied. Once back at the office, we had a friendly negotiation over the terms of the deal. I didn't try to low ball, but made a reasonable offer and we shook hands since we had a deal. Next, I thought my bank had a reasonable deal for financing since I didn't expect an independent dealer to be able to match a major national lender. WRONG! Ray's partner Ron, a financing expert, was able to obtain for me a rate 3% less than my preferred bank that I've been with for 10 years!! I couldn't believe it. My payment went from manageable to exceptional! On top of all that, Ray and Ron were fine with me obtaining a mechanical inspection at a mechanic of my choice. They weren't trying to conceal anything about the condition of the car they were selling me. It wasn't as though they patched a car up to hold together with bubble gum and duct tape like a lot of car dealers, just to make a sale. All the dealings in my transaction were above board. It's not possible to say that about other car dealers I've dealt with in the past. I would definitely return to Vale for my next auto purchase.

This was probably the best car buying experience I have had. I did a great deal of research before going to Vale and the price of the car was very reasonable, if not low. There was absolutely no sales pitch or pressure and no spurious stories about one lady owner who only drove the car to church on Sunday's. In fact, I have rarely encountered such courteous, polite and honest dealers. These are people with integrity who go out of their way to help. I had no hesitation buying a car here. I drove the car home and left my old one behind to collect later. When I retuned they were in the process of washing and detailing my old car! The moral of the story: if you're looking for a used car, start here. I believe they have only been in business a few months, but with integrity and service like that they deserve to do well and are well worthy of your business.

These guys bent over backwards to get me in this jeep, my credit wasn't all that great but they made it happen, I would highly recommend if you're looking for a used vehicle, go see these guys, i'm very happy with my purchase, thanks guys.

What do we all want most when we choose to go to a local car dealer? Great prices, confidence the vehicles are in great condition, attentive service, and peace of mind that we put our trust in the right people, right? That's exactly what I experienced, anyway, when I recently bought a vehicle at Vale. These guys were great! Even after all the research I did on the vehicle I wanted, Vale was still able to give me a better deal than I expected. I highly recommend these guys. I think them being closer to the 'mom-n-pop' side of the auto sales spectrum (as opposed to huge, corporate mega-lots) makes these guys work a lot harder to earn your business. But whatever the reason, I had a flawless experience, and I would highly recommend anyone else looking for a new vehicle to give Vale a try.

This car dealer is by far the best dealer I've been to! The staff they have are amazing and super easy to talk to! I've been looking for a truck for a reasonable price and for a long time. They had just what I was looking for and stood out to me within seconds! I got my 2015 Nissan Frontier for $15,800 with only 12,000miles on it. My payments are super cheap and affordable. These guys are super patient and easy to work with thanks Vales car dealer for hooking it up with the sweet ride!

We needed a first car for my 16 year old son and Vale had a great inventory in our price range! We had been to so many dealers that just about laughed when we asked what their inventory was under $10K. The Vale sales staff couldn't have been nicer... no pressure with lots of information and a quality product. They had replaced the transmission and brake pads and the tires were almost new on the 2008 Ford Escape we bought and it even had a 1 year warranty! The price was great, the process was easy and the people were friendly! These guys aren't out there to make a fast buck pushing crappy cars... We would highly recommend!
